Our wild-caught Lobster Tails come straight from Australian waters where they grow to over double the size of Maine lobster tails.

How To Prepare

To thaw, remove the lobster tail from its original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and thaw it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
To expedite the thawing process, place the lobster tail in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water.) Learn more safe thawing tips here.
Once thawed, cut the top of the lobster shell, stop at the tail's base, and lift the meat above the shell. Season the meat and cook using your desired method.
