What's the best way to send gifts to multiple recipients?

Use our gifting portal. Choose your gift, send it as an e-gift or ship it straight to their door, add a note for each person and check out once.

What if I don't have my recipients' mailing addresses?

Send an e-gift. All you need is their email. They add their own address and pick their delivery date.

How does tracking work for each recipient?

You’ll get tracking details for every recipient, whether you order online or through our Concierge. For e-gifts, tracking becomes available once your recipient redeems their gift and enters a shipping address, and they can opt in to receive updates directly.

How are the orders packaged?

Every box is packed in dry ice and shipped overnight. If it doesn't arrive frozen, we'll make it right.

Can I include a gift note?

How far in advance should I place my order?

You can place your order as early as you’d like and choose your delivery date at checkout, with dates available through New Year’s Eve. Ordering early locks in your preferred date and gives our Concierge team time to coordinate larger orders.
