I want to send gifts to multiple recipients. What is the best way to do that?
You can send gifts to up to 10 recipients in one order. For more than 10, please contact our Concierge Team.
What if I don't know my recipients mailing address?
No problem! Send an e-gift, and your recipient gets to enter their shipping details when they redeem it.
How does order tracking work? Will I get tracking info for each recipient?
Yes! Whether you order online or through our Concierge, you’ll have access to tracking details for every recipient. If you send an e-gift, your recipient can sign up for tracking once they provide their shipping address.
How are the orders packaged?
Orders arrive overnight in fully insulated boxes with dry ice to keep everything frozen solid. Not home? No worries, it stays frozen until you get back!
Can I include a gift note?
Yes! You can add one gift message for all recipients at checkout, or write individual notes for each. Recipient names can even be dynamically inserted into your messages for a personal touch!
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as early as possible so that your recipients can best choose when to enjoy their gift! When placing your order, you can choose for your gift to ship as soon as it's ready (we ship via overnight shipping Monday through Wednesday) or select a later delivery date. Our King Crab Legs will stay good in the freezer for several months though for best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 2-3 months.
