You can (very carefully) reheat them in the microwave. Don’t microwave for longer than 45 seconds at a time to avoid overheating them. Continue until you reach the desired serving temperature.

During heating, the clam shells will begin to naturally part. You can use your fingers, or insert the flat side of kitchen shears and twist/pry them open.
