Spicy Shrimp Sushi Bowl

Impress a date; entertain a party. With this simple trū® Shrimp recipe, you can make something that’s unexpected, exquisite, and easy all at once. 

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 5-6  trū® shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • 1 Tbsp garlic chili sauce
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • ¾ cup mango, diced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garnish: sesame seeds, soy sauce, spicy mayo

Instructions 

  1. Cook the rice per package instructions.
  2. Toss cleaned shrimp in salt, pepper, and garlic chili sauce. 
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil. Cook shrimp for 3-5 minutes or until firm and cooked through. 
  4. Assemble the bowl, starting with rice and adding toppings however you’d like. 
  5. Finish with sesame seeds, soy sauce, and your favorite spicy mayo. Enjoy!
