- 1 Tbsp garlic chili sauce
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- ¾ cup mango, diced
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish: sesame seeds, soy sauce, spicy mayo
Instructions
- Cook the rice per package instructions.
- Toss cleaned shrimp in salt, pepper, and garlic chili sauce.
