How To Prepare

To thaw, remove the crawfish from the original packaging, place them in a plastic bag, and thaw them in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
To expedite the thawing process, place the crawfish in a plastic bag and run them under cool water (never hot water.) Learn more safe thawing tips here.
Once thawed, heat the crawfish using your desired method. (We prefer boiling or steaming.) Then, dig in and enjoy!
