How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the Smoked Black Cod/Sablefish from its original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and thaw it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • Once thawed, you can enjoy the fish immediately as it is pre-cooked during the smoking process. However, we recommend waiting until it has reached room temperature for the best taste and texture.
