Our King Crab and Full Beef Tenderloin Surf and Turf comes with 4lb of Extra Large Red King Crab Legs and one 3.75-4.25lb Beef Tenderloin. Four pounds of king crab will feed between two and four people depending on their appetite, and one beef tenderloin can feed up to 8 people.  

Does the Full Beef Tenderloin come pre-cooked?

Our Full Beef Tenderloin does not come pre-cooked. Rather, it will arrive raw and frozen. Due to the size of the tenderloin, we recommend thawing for at least 12 hours. 

Do the King Crab Legs come pre-cooked?

"Wanting to do something different this year for Thanks giving we ordered a special package that included 4 lbs. of colossal king legs and a 4 lbs. tenderloin. We added 4 lbs. of Dungeness. Since this is a review let me keep it straight forward. The King was most definitely colossal. I live in South Florida... all came completely frozen. All came out perfect once cooked. Much cleaner then the crab I have had from Washington....."
