How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the Smoked Sockeye Salmon Candy Strips from their original packaging, place them in a plastic bag, and thaw them in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the fish in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water). Learn more safe thawing tips here.

  • Once thawed, you can enjoy the salmon as it is pre-cooked during the smoking process. However, we recommend waiting until it has reached room temperature for the best taste and texture.
