Since our king crab comes pre-cooked, it is as simple as thaw, heat, and eat. Once thawed, you can steam, grill, bake, or boil your king crab legs. Learn more here.
Depending on your desired method, you can roast your beef tenderloin whole, or trim it into individual steaks. Cook to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare – more or less depending on your desired doneness.
Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

Does the Full Beef Tenderloin come pre-cooked?

Our Full Beef Tenderloin does not come pre-cooked. Rather, it will arrive raw and frozen. Due to the size of the tenderloin, we recommend thawing for at least 12 hours.
