How To Prepare

When your order arrives on your doorstep, the Dungeness Crab and Beef Tenderloin will both be frozen. Before cooking, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours). Learn more about safe thawing practices here.
Since our Dungeness Crab comes pre-cooked, it is as simple as thaw, heat, and eat. Once thawed, you can steam, grill, bake, or boil your king crab legs. Learn more here.
Depending on your desired method, you can roast your beef tenderloin whole, or trim it into individual steaks. Cook to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare – more or less depending on your desired doneness.
Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.
