How much king crab should I order per person?

Plan on 1.5 to 2 lbs per person if crab is the main event, or less if you're serving it as a side or surf and turf. A 3 lb order serves 1.5 to 2 people.

Yes. Our king crab is cooked and flash-frozen right after it's caught. Thaw it overnight in the fridge, then steam, bake, or grill until heated through. It takes about 20 minutes from fridge to table.
