Additional Details

  • Wild-caught Mahi Mahi is a light white fish with a very mild flavor. Perfect with blackened seasoning paired with veggies or used in fish tacos.

  • Mahi Mahi offers a light, flaky texture.

  • The average serving size of Mahi Mahi is one 6 oz fillet.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the fillet from its original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and thaw it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the fish in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water). Learn more safe thawing tips here.

  • Mahi Mahi can be cooked on the stovetop, baked, or grilled depending on your desired method. Aim for an internal temperature of 125° F for medium, and 145° for well done. Check out our favorite Fish & Chips recipe here.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
