With all the polluted seafood

"With all the polluted seafood out there, I was searching for genuinely fresh fish that I could feel confident serving to my family. I purchased the Sockeye salmon, halibut, and yellowfin tuna. My shipment arrived promptly, with text updates along the way. The seafood was frozen and packaged perfectly upon arrival. This was some of the most delicious, fresh fish I’ve ever had. The fish was flaky and moist, and the flavor was outstanding. To be honest, it’s a bit pricey, but well worth it. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon. Bad Crab

"Ive not tried the tuna. It looks wonderful. The crab on the other hand? It came rotten. I would have contacted you earlier but ive been in the hospital. If i remember correctly, the shipment came last Wed afternoon. It went immediately into the main freezer at the hotel. I own the Holiday Inn of Cody and still needed to finish out the work day. Leaving a couple hours later, i grabbed the box and headed out. Arrived home less than 10 mins later. Opened the box and put the crab bag into my home freezer along with the Tuna. My girlfriend and i pulled about half the crab out the next night. About 5-6 legs. Because it was frozen i did not get much odor at first. As it steamed it became pretty obvious, something was not right. She brought it to my attention. I took a tiny piece just to be sure, it was clearly rancid. I’ve been in the hotel and restaurant business my whole life, I’m trained for food safety is my point. I’m not sure where to go from here, as mentioned I still have approximately half of the crab legs in my freezer. I didn’t know if I should keep that for evidence. blair_jm@blairhotels.com or 307-272-9015 are the best ways to contact me."

Delicious!

"The tuna was excellent raw. I made Tuna Poke, and compared to some of my other sources of fresh tuna, it was number 1. I let it thaw 2 days in the fridge, then diced it up and added soy and sesame oil, sesame seeds, a bunch of chopped scallions, and some red pepper flakes. Then put it in the fridge for a couple hours to marinate, and after sprinkled on crushed macadamia nuts. Delicious!"
