Halibut Fillets
Our Alaskan Wild Halibut is caught off Cape Spencer, known to local commercial fishermen as home to the best Halibut in Alaska. Each fish is carefully dressed, iced and rushed to our Kenai Peninsula plant where it is immediately filleted. We hand cut these fish into petite Halibut fillets. Naturally lean, with a mild sweet flavor, these fillets come from fish caught deep in our cold Alaska waters. Famous for its firm, flaky texture, and wonderful in almost any way you choose to cook --on the grill, baked or broiled! Packed in approximately one-pound packages. Price includes shipping.
